Understanding your pension
should not feel complicated
Anurak Law takes the time to read through your pension documents carefully, explain what the figures mean, and help you take the next step — at your own pace, with no pressure.
What We Help With
Three services, clearly explained
Each service is shaped around a specific situation. You are welcome to ask which one fits before deciding anything.
Pension Statement Review
A careful reading of your pension statement with a plain-language written summary explaining how each figure is reached. Suited for those who want to understand their position before deciding on any next step.
- Written plain-language summary included
- Usually completed within one to two weeks
- No obligation to proceed further
Reassessment Preparation
Patient preparation of a formal request where pension details appear inconsistent, with supporting records organised neatly. Helpful if you suspect a small error has gone uncorrected. Updates are given in plain terms as the process moves forward.
- Supporting documents organised and filed
- Ongoing updates throughout the process
- Timeline depends on the relevant office
Appeal Representation
Considerate representation through a pension appeal, with thorough preparation and respectful handling at each stage. Intended for those questioning a refusal or reduction. Each case is reviewed on its own facts, with document handling and steady communication throughout.
- Full document handling included
- Reviewed individually on its own facts
- Steady communication at every step
Why Clients Choose Us
A measured approach to pension matters
We handle each case without rushing. The process is explained as it unfolds, and you are never expected to make decisions without understanding what you are agreeing to.
Plain-language explanations
Pension documents can be difficult to read. We translate the technical language into straightforward terms so you understand exactly where things stand.
Unhurried, patient handling
There is no pressure to move quickly. We work at a pace that lets you stay informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Each case reviewed on its facts
We do not use a one-size approach. Your pension situation is read carefully on its own terms before any course of action is suggested.
Steady communication
You receive updates as each stage progresses. If something changes or requires your attention, we let you know in plain terms without delay.
Clear, stated pricing
The fee for each service is fixed and stated upfront in Thai Baht. There are no charges added later without discussion.
Based in Bangkok, familiar with Thai process
We work within the Thai pension system every day. That familiarity helps us prepare documents accurately and manage the process with fewer surprises.

Common Questions
Things people often ask us
What happens during a pension statement review?
We read through your statement in full, check the figures and the method used to calculate them, and then prepare a written summary in plain language. You receive that summary within one to two weeks, and you are free to ask follow-up questions without any obligation to proceed further.
How long does a reassessment request typically take?
The time depends on the relevant government office and how quickly they process the submission. We prepare the request carefully and submit it on your behalf, then keep you informed as the office responds. We cannot set the pace of the official process, but we do follow up regularly on your behalf.
Is an appeal something I have to attend in person?
Not always. In many cases we handle the documentation and correspondence on your behalf. Whether your presence is needed depends on the specific circumstances of the appeal. We discuss that with you early on so there are no unexpected requirements.
What documents should I bring or send to start?
The most helpful starting point is your most recent pension statement or any formal correspondence you have received about your pension. You can send us a scan or bring physical copies to our office in Bang Rak. If you are unsure what you have, we can guide you through what to look for before the meeting.
Are the fees stated per service, or can they change?
The fees listed for each service are fixed for the scope described. If your situation turns out to be more involved, we discuss that with you before any additional work begins. Nothing is added without your knowledge and agreement.
How is my personal information handled?
Your documents and personal details are handled with care and kept confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to process your case. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
